Stock permitting, most orders are despatched within 2-5 working days. Delivery is usually made via a carrier Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6pm and in most cases does require a signature. Postage and Packaging Rates
*Standard Delivery to most United Kingdom addresses (excluding Channel Islands, and 'Highlands and Islands' for which a quote will be supplied): £6.95
This is non-refundable, and takes approx 2 – 5 days to reach you
*Next Working Day Service: £16.95 / *Next Working Day by Noon: £35.00 Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 1pm. If placed after 1pm, on a weekend or bank holiday, the order will most likely be despatched the following working day.
*Same Day Delivery: £45 (London postcodes N, NW, E, EC, SE, SW, W) Orders for same day delivery must be placed by 5pm. Specify a time bracket for your delivery to arrive in the special text box when selecting the delivery method. Orders placed past 5pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be despatched the following working day so please specify a time you will be at the delivery address on the following day.
*International / Non UK Mainland Delivery: Orders to non-UK addresses/ Channel Islands / 'Highlands & Islands' will be provided with a delivery quote for approval before payment or shipment takes place.
*Collection From Warehouse / Kings Road Store: FREE If you wish to save on delivery and collect the goods personally, please select either the Collect From Warehouse or Collect From Kings Road option.
Please try to have your goods delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept your parcel. If this is not possible, please contact us and we will attempt to help, similarly if an item is urgently required, we may also be able to assist. Delivery of some items to certain areas carries a supplementary delivery charge - we shall advise you of a quote for your approval before charging/shipment. Payment is not taken until goods are ready for despatch
Damages/shortages All damages/shortages must be reported in writing (email is fine) within 5 days of receipt. Outside this timeframe we regret that we are unable to assist with replacements etc. We strongly recommend that you inspect your delivery the moment it arrives so that we may assist in the unlikely event of a problem.
