Delivery information

Stock permitting, most orders are despatched within 7 working days. However, please allow 28 days for delivery. Delivery is usually made via a carrier and in most cases does require a signature. Regular Service deliveries are made 8.30-6pm Monday to Friday - please note that our carriers are contracted to deliver to your front door only. We may be able to quote for a Saturday delivery (Saturday is not considered a regular 'working day') - please call us on 020 8445 2888 if you are interested - but do please note that this has historically proven to be rather costly.

Orders on Next Working Day and Next Working Day by Noon services placed after 1pm may not be despatched until the following working day, although we will endeavour to ship immediately. Next Working Day orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.

Please also note that title to goods passes to you immediately before goods are passed to the delivery company. Payment is not taken until goods are ready for despatch. If you wish to collect the goods personally, please select either the Collect From Warehouse or Collect From Kings Road option.
Please try to have your goods delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept your parcel. If this is not possible, please contact us and we will attempt to help, similarly if an item is urgently required, we may also be able to assist.

Postage and Packaging Rates

Regular Service within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands): £6.95 (non-refundable). Special handling charges still apply. Next Working Day Service £16.95. Next Working Day by Noon: £28.95

Delivery of some items to certain areas carries a supplementary delivery charge - we shall advise you of a quote for your approval before charging/shipment. If you live in one of these areas this delivery option will automatically be selected for you and you will be notified of the charge before any payment is processed. Please note this does not apply to all products – most are still covered by our £6.95 charge.

Orders to non-UK addresses will be provided with a delivery quote for approval before payment or shipment takes place.
