Postage and Packaging Rates

*Standard Delivery is £6.95 to most United Kingdom addresses excluding Channel Islands for which we will quote, and 'Highlands and Islands' which is £13.95. Despatches on Standard Shipping usually ship within 3-5 working days.

Please note that some postcodes which are neither Highlands nor Islands still come under this bracket.

This is non-refundable. A signature is required in most cases.

*Next Working Day Service is £19.95 and *Next Working Day by Noon is £24.95

Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12:00pm. If placed after 12:00pm, on a weekend or bank holiday, the order will most likely be despatched the following working day.

There are a small number of more remote postcodes to which this service may take an extra day to reach, or for which delivery by noon cannot be guaranteed. Please ask if you would like us to check your address is one such place. A signature is required in most cases. 

*Large Item Postage is £60.00

A small number of our larger items will incur a higher postage rate. This will be stated on the product description and automatically added at the checkout. 

*International

Orders to non-UK addresses/ Channel Islands will be provided with a delivery quote for approval before payment or shipment takes place. Orders to EU countries now (post Brexit) no longer have VAT charged to them - however you will be liable to pay your own country's tax and any import handling charges. Should you refuse to accept your delivery due to charges imposed in your country, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from any refund issued, and your original shipping charge will not be credited.

*Damages/shortages

All damages/shortages must be reported in writing (email is fine) within 5 days of receipt. Outside this timeframe we regret that we are unable to assist with replacements etc. In order for us to claim from the delivery company we require photos of the damage, the internal and external packaging and your address label. We strongly recommend that you inspect your delivery the moment it arrives so that we may assist in the unlikely event of a problem.

 

 Returns

We will gladly refund or exchange any item which you are not happy with. Should you not like an item and wish to return it, you will be responsible for return postage costs. Heavy or outsize goods can be collected at a minimum charge of £60 (this applies to very few items on the site, those which need a two man delivery or pallet). Please note your original postage payment is non-refundable.

All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase receipt with original packaging intact. We recommend using www.parcel2go.com to send your goods back: they have a number of different reasonably-priced shipping options. We strongly recommend insuring your parcel against damage, as we are unable to refund or exchange goods received in an unsaleable condition.  Please pack your goods up as safely as you possibly can to minimise the potential for damage.

Please enclose a covering note (or a copy of your delivery note) telling us who you are and what you'd like us to do. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us.

Re-stocking fees We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee under exceptional circumstances.

Damages/shortages
