Covid-19

Deliveries have been disrupted due to the Covid-19 outbreak, our warehouse has been closed. We are now open again but have a back log of picking and packing, this means your order will unfortunately be delayed, currently we estimate this delay to be around14 days. 

We are sorry about this delay and do hope you can wait for your fantastic storgae solution to arrive.

 

Postage and Packaging Rates

*Standard Delivery is £6.95 to most United Kingdom addresses excluding Channel Islands for which we will quote, and 'Highlands and Islands' which is £13.95.

Please note that some postcodes which are neither Highlands nor Islands still come under this bracket.

This is non-refundable, and (stock permitting). A signature is required in most cases.

*Next Working Day Service is £14.95 and *Next Working Day by Noon is £19.95

Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 1pm. If placed after 1pm, on a weekend or bank holiday, the order will most likely be despatched the following working day.

There are a small number of more remote postcodes to which this service may take an extra day to reach, or for which delivery by noon cannot be guaranteed. Please ask if you would like us to check your address is one such place. A signature is required in most cases. 

*Large Item Postage is £60.00

Some of our larger items will incur a higher postage rate. This will be stated on the product description and automatically added at the checkout. 

*International

Orders to non-UK addresses/ Channel Islands will be provided with a delivery quote for approval before payment or shipment takes place.

*Damages/shortages

All damages/shortages must be reported in writing (email is fine) within 5 days of receipt. Outside this timeframe we regret that we are unable to assist with replacements etc. We strongly recommend that you inspect your delivery the moment it arrives so that we may assist in the unlikely event of a problem.

*First Order Discount Promotions

If your household has ordered previously, any 'new customer' promotion we may run will not apply. Prior orders by spouses, partners and children will prevent these promotions from applying.

Returns

We will gladly refund or exchange any item which you are not happy with. Should you not like an item and wish to return it, you will be responsible for return postage. Heavy or outsize goods can be collected at a minimum charge of £60. Please note your original postage payment is non-refundable.

All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase receipt with original packaging intact. Please return your goods to us yourself or call us on 020 8445 2888 and we should be able to arrange collection in most instances - from most addresses a normal-sized parcel costs £17.95 to collect. A cheaper option for sending goods to us may be to use www.parcel2go.com. If you do, we strongly recommend insuring your parcel against damage, as we are unable to refund or exchange goods received in an unsaleable condition.  Please pack your goods up as safely as you possibly can to minimise the potential for damage.

Please enclose a covering note telling us who you are and what you'd like us to do. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us.

Re-stocking fees We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee under exceptional circumstances.

Damages/shortages

Please do not send back damaged goods before speaking with us: in some circumstances we may not need them back and a photo will be sufficient.
