Returns Policy

 

We will gladly refund or exchange any item which you are not happy with. Should you not like an item and wish to return it, you will be responsible for return postage. Heavy or outsize goods can be collected at a minimum charge of £50. Please note your original postage payment is non-refundable.

 

All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original packaging intact. Please return your goods to us yourself or call us on 020 8445 2888 and we should be able to arrange collection in most instances - from most addresses a normal-sized parcel costs £17.95 to collect. A cheaper option for sending goods to us may be to use www.parcel2go.com. If you do, we strongly recommend insuring your parcel against damage, as we are unable to refund or exchange goods received in an unsaleable condition.  Please enclose a covering note telling us who you are and what you'd like us to do. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us.

Damages/shortages

All damages/shortages must be reported in writing (email is fine) within 5 days of receipt. Outside this timeframe we regret that we are unable to assist with replacements etc. We strongly recommend that you inspect your delivery the moment it arrives so that we may assist in the unlikely event of a problem. Please do not send back damaged goods before speaking with us: in some circumstances we may not need them back and a photo will be sufficient.
